Engr. Richard Torrres

Engr. Torres is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas. He holds dual licenses as a Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) and a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME). Engr. Torres has been involved in various engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, and other related fields. 

He is currently the Operations Manager of an engineering service provider whose clients include the SM Group of Companies, Ayala Group, Ever Group, RCBC Group, Robinsons Land Corp., among others. 

Previously, he held the position of Operations Manager at SM Engineering, Design & Development (SMEDD), overseeing various projects and undertakings for more than five years. His professional background includes work with leading companies, both locally and abroad, such as Al Habtoor Engineering & Construction in Dubai, Properties, Inc., Monolith Construction & Development Corp., Steel Asia Manufacturing Corp., and others.

 Mr. Rasos is a graduate of Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education, majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology, from Marikina Polytechnic Colleges. He has a dynamic career spanning more than seven years, with extensive experience in various engineering fields, including electrical, mechanical, electronics, civil works, and other related technical undertakings. 

He is also an accredited TESDA instructor in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, holding NC II (Building Wiring Installation and Maintenance) and NC III (Industrial Motor Control System) certifications. 

Mr. Rasos has spearheaded technical teams as the overall head of the Quick Response Team (QRT), ensuring immediate action in emergency situations. 

Most recently, he was assigned as Head Auditor of the Technical Support Group for leading companies such as Ayala Property Management Corp., Ever Group, and Robinsons Land Corp., among others.

Engr. Montero graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Nueva Vizcaya State University. He holds dual licenses as a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) and a Registered Master Electrician (RME). 

Recently, he held the position of Assistant Project Manager for an engineering and technical services provider to the SM Group of Companies. 

Previously, he served as a Building Engineer at Ayala Property Management Corp., overseeing various engineering and facility management undertakings related to facilities management and engineering maintenance. 

With over five years of experience, Engr. Montero has worked with leading companies such as the SM Group of Companies, Ayala Property Management Corporation, Robinsons Land Corp., among others.

Engr. Sagario holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Nueva Vizcaya State University and is a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME). 

He recently held the position of Project Engineer at Landev Corporation, an engineering and technical service provider for Robinsons Land Corp. and the RCBC Group. In this role, he managed 120 RCBC branches and 12 Robinsons Place malls, addressing various engineering concerns, including air conditioning, civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical works. 

Previously, he served as a QA/QC Engineer for a firm specializing in fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary works. 

With over five years of experience, Engr. Sagario has worked with leading companies such as the Robinsons Group of Companies and the RCBC Group, among others.
